APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Updated July, 2024

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole that could have been filled by another patient.

This is why we require a a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Clients who no-show their appointment will be charged the full cost of the appointment (to the card on file).

To cancel or reschedule your session, please call, text, or email Heather.

Exceptions will be made for late cancellation or reschedule requests for the following reasons:

  • Medical or family emergencies: no charge

  • Cancellation due COVID-19 symptoms or diagnosis: no charge

  • Bad weather with local school closure: no charge

Appointments are considered cancelled and forfeited 20 minutes after the appointment time without advance notice and charged to the card on file per the policy. Please text or call if you are running late.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Updated July, 2024

All sessions must be paid for ahead of time, unless special arrangements have been made. You can pay online with a credit card or pay by cash in person. We are not contracted with any insurance company, so you must pay for your visit.

Some HSA plans will pay for alternative | natural healing sessions, but we are unable to tell you if yours will or not. You would need to connect with your plan administrator or benefits person to find out.

If you need a receipt in order to use your HSA or to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, we can easily give you a detailed one.

At Sacred Mountain, we believe healing work should be accessible to everyone. If you are part of a marginalized or underestimated community, and are unable to afford the full cost of our sessions, please reach out to see about scholarship or sliding scale options.

If you are able to contribute extra so that someone else can get a scholarship, please do so.

If you have any questions about these (or any other) policies, don’t hesitate to reach out.
